By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
II. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and digital patterns, is the property of Symmetricity and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
III. Use of digital products
When you purchase a pattern, the purchasing company receives an exclusive licence to use it for personal or commercial purposes, as described on the product page. Each pattern is sold only once and is then permanently withdrawn from sale. You may modify the pattern freely, including its colors, scale and composition. You may share the files with the manufacturers, printers and suppliers producing for you, solely for making your products; they may not use the pattern for any other purpose, sell it or pass it on. Redistributing or reselling the design files, original or modified, as stock, templates or standalone designs is not permitted. Each purchase includes a licence certificate, which, together with the order confirmation e-mail and invoice, serves as proof of licence.
IV. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. A pattern is held for you for up to 30 minutes while you complete checkout.
V. User conduct
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in any way that may cause harm, disrupt, or impair the site or its content.
VI. Limitation of liability
Symmetricity is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website or its content.
VII. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
VIII. Governing law
These terms and any disputes arising from your use of this site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
